This beautiful Curly Maple Cross was constructed with four individual wood pieces with a "X" joint at the center of the Cross. To Hide that joint, thin Maple trim was added and secured over the exposed joints. The result appears to be a seamless piece of Curly Maple while creating a beautiful Maple cross at the Center.
Curly Maple is available in many "grades". His Holy Cross only hand-picks Heavy and Premium Curly Maple grades from large lumber yard in Michigan.
